About
Hi, I’m Joseph. I am Campus Minister and Director of the Emory Wesley Fellowship (the United Methodist Campus Ministry at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia) and I am a provisional Deacon in the United Methodist Church. I like to take time to think, reflect, and act, to spend time with my wife and family, be out in creation and the city, play and create music, and enjoy capturing moments through picture and video. I hope to be a resource for students to ask questions, explore, learn, and grow in their faith journey as we serve and love both God and neighbor.
If you want to talk or hang out email me (jmcbray@gmail.com), facebook me, call (office: 404.727.6278), or stop by the Wesley office at Room 211 Glenn Memorial School Building.
I earned a Master of Divinity degree at Candler School of Theology at Emory University and my wife and I have lived around Emory for the past 5 years. I earned a degree in Forestry from Auburn University and I enjoy outdoor activities, soccer, frisbee, bike riding, Macintosh computers, technology in general, photography, videography, asking questions, and learning things.

nice work my friend.
Hey Joseph!
Just stumbled upon your blog. I was very excited to see that you graduated school, and even more interested to come here and find a way of keeping up with what’s going on with you – especially you’re most recent deferred pending appointment! I do pray the ministry power of Mr. Wesley following you in your track – that our Lord Jesus be glorified in your life. Not much else to say here, just wanted to leave a simple note.
